This required course in the Doctor of Ministry degree program will prepare students to submit their final project proposal, including scope and methodology of the project; an annotated bibliography and literature review; and attention to the ethics and legality of qualitative research.
1. Students will prepare their final proposal for their DMin project.
2. Students will identify and describe their target research scope, methodology, and tools in preparation for their research project.
3. Students will learn the craft of academic research by preparing and submitting an annotated bibliography and literature review.
4. Students will learn and identify the legal and ethical ramifications of human qualitative research.
5. Students will learn the discipline of academic writing through a proposed schedule.
