Before CPE begins

If you are registered for this course, you will need to have completed the following to begin:

• ACPE Academic Reference Request

• CPE Site Confirmation Form

• Background Check:
  

  All students in community-based/clinical courses such as Internship and CPE must complete an approved background check in the quarter prior to that in which the internship/CPE begins.  

  You have met this CPE preparation requirement when this assignment is graded "complete" within Canvas.
  

  Please note that you will need to complete the online authorization form in one sitting, and you will need to upload a scanned copy, or cell phone photo, of your driver’s license or other government issued ID. If you are on campus, you may scan your ID at the library for free.

  You will need to review your completed background report online for accuracy, respond to any SecurTest iReviewNow questions, and dispute any misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information within 48 hours from the first notification from iReviewNow or within five business days from the day you complete the online authorization. Please plan accordingly to complete the online authorization when you know you have the time and internet accessibility to respond to the completed background report.

Note: If you are waitlisted, it is because you have not completed one of the above assignments.

During CPE

Once you have paid Iliff tuition for the quarter in which you have enrolled for CPE, please complete the following assignment.

• Once you have paid tuition for the quarter in which you are registered for 8 credits of CPE, please send a blank W9 form to your CPE site. Please email completed W9 and completed invoice to the Office of Professional Formation. Once the invoice is received and paid, the assignment will be marked as “complete.” Note: Iliff does not reimburse application fees - you are responsible for that cost. Your site must have a current W-9 on file along with an invoice sent to the Office of Professional Formation for payment to go through.

At the End/After CPE

When you are nearing completion/have completed your CPE unit, please visit the following assignments:

• Students:

  Please send the following link to your ACPE Supervisor to confirm the completion of your CPE Unit (to copy the link, right-click--> Select "Copy Link Address" --> Paste into an email to your supervisor). 

  CPE Completion Confirmation Form

  You cannot receive credit for CPE unless this form is completed. Once the form is submitted, the assignment will be marked as “complete.”

• Register for the CPE Integration Praxis closest to your completion date (either Fall or Spring quarter)
